This was another commercial trip. We ran three fully loaded paddle boats for an all men's church group.
Please be patient while the pictures load...
The river level was low; it was tricky and a lot of work to miss the exposed rocks. (We got stuck in a few places.)
I didn't get many pictures, but there are more pictures of the day's trip are on riverpeople.com.
Since someone else took these pictures, there's more of yours truly to be seen. (I'm in the yellow helmet and life jacket.)
We camped out Saturday night and ran again on Sunday. It rained all night, which was a good thing.
The river rose during the night, covering a lot of the rocks that we had to dodge on Saturday.
This made Sunday's run more enjoyable, and a lot less work. It stopped raining when we broke camp,
but it was warm and extremely humid. The humidity condensed into a thick mist over the river,
making it difficult at times to see the rapids.
